These Chocolate Orange Flapjacks are delicious: filled with dark chocolate chips, with a tangy orange flavour and topped with Terry’s chocolate orange.
Chocolate Orange is such a delicious flavour combination and features a lot in my baking (see the bottom of this post for examples). Due to the success of my Mars Bar flapjacks I wanted to create a similar recipe using Terry’s chocolate orange, and here they are my Chocolate Orange Flapjacks which are seriously moreish.
A cake for all fans of chocolate orange flavours and of course Jaffa cakes , this Jaffa Cake Celebration Cake is perfect for a special occasion.
I actually made this cake a little while ago for a friend’s birthday. Being a massive fan of Jaffa cakes and all things chocolate and orange, I decided to bake him a Jaffa Cake Celebration Cake in recognition of his love of these delicious sweet things.
This Slow Cooker Chocolate Orange Cake is very easy to make and your slow cooker/crock pot does all the hard work for you, therefore, giving you time to get on with other important non-cake stuff!
In all the years that I have owned and been using slow cooker, I have never made a sweet recipe with it. This seems hard to believe, however, it is true! I guess being a baker, I am happy to make my cakes in an oven, and have not felt the need to cook them slowly. Therefore, I have only cooked savoury dishes in my slow cooker. Until now!
Anyone who loves Terry’s Chocolate Orange will adore this indulgent Terry’s Chocolate Orange Cheesecake. With its chocolate biscuit base, creamy chocolate orange filling and topped with Chocolate orange segments, this is one special dessert.
Back in February when my OH turned 40, I held a night in and invited some friends over for a home cooked , slow cooked beef brisket chilli and then for pudding I made a chocolate cheesecake. Not any chocolate cheesecake you understand, but a Terry’s Chocolate Orange Cheesecake no less, as that is one of his favourite chocolates.
So Easter is over, although with the amount of chocolate we still have in our house, I think we could easily have an egg hunt for all our friends as the chocolate seems to be never ending! There is something extra yummy about a chocolate easter egg though, but even so it is all too tempting to have so much lying around the house!
