A no bake Triple Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake with a white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake filling, topped with milk chocolate and fresh raspberries and decorated with dark chocolate and freeze dried raspberry shards.
I was inspired to make this Triple Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake after
scoffing taste testing a Lily O’Brien’s Dessert Collection of chocolates (yes, the life of a blogger can be hard at times lol!). The box contains contains six chocolates inspired by classic desserts: banoffee pie, passion fruit posset, key lime pie, raspberry infusion, hazelnut torte and creme brulee.
This delicious MaltEaster Bunny & Mini Egg White Chocolate Cheesecake would make an amazing dessert for Easter, or any time of the year while these Easter choccie treats are available to buy.
Last year I made a very easy but very yummy looking Malteser MaltEaster Bunny and Mini Egg Chocolate Cake and it was so popular , and still is this year with people looking for Easter inspired cakes. So I wanted to create another yummy Easter inspired recipe, that I hope will prove to be as well received with fellow chocaholics everywhere!
Anyone who loves Terry’s Chocolate Orange will adore this indulgent Terry’s Chocolate Orange Cheesecake. With its chocolate biscuit base, creamy chocolate orange filling and topped with Chocolate orange segments, this is one special dessert.
Back in February when my OH turned 40, I held a night in and invited some friends over for a home cooked , slow cooked beef brisket chilli and then for pudding I made a chocolate cheesecake. Not any chocolate cheesecake you understand, but a Terry’s Chocolate Orange Cheesecake no less, as that is one of his favourite chocolates.
Alongside my Christmas Pudding, I like to serve another option for those who are not fans of the more traditional dessert. For me it is always a cheesecake. Last year I served up my Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake, but because I had a lot of children at the table this year (7 to be precise) I opted for a more child (and big kid!) friendly flavour of white chocolate and Maltesers.
