I was inspired to make this Triple Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake after scoffing taste testing a Lily O’Brien’s Dessert Collection of chocolates (yes, the life of a blogger can be hard at times lol!). Back in February when my OH turned 40, I held a night in and invited some friends over for a home cooked , slow cooked beef brisket chilli and then for pudding I made a chocolate cheesecake.
