Now I appreciate that when you think of Christmas and chocolate Swiss rolls, you tend to think of a chocolate Yule log. Many a time when I was a young girl, I would turn a humble shop bought Swiss roll into an edible tile log, something which my brother and I enjoyed eating. However, instead of this, why not make a Swiss roll into a Chocolate Reindeer , complete with edible antlers and facial features.

My Raspberry, Lemon and White Chocolate Roulade is delicious! Mallowy meringue filled with a decadent lemon and white chocolate cream and fresh raspberries, it really is very, very nice.

This dreamy and creamy and yummy Raspberry , Lemon and White Chocolate Roulade was actually not as hard to make as I thought. Having made meringues and pavlovas many times before, it was nice to give this a go to see what it was like. The combination of flavours works really well, so if you have never made a roulade before, give it a try.

Making a cake in a slow cooker is so easy to do. I love being able to cook a dessert while my oven is in use. A few weeks ago I was give some eating apples, and wanted to use some in a pudding one Sunday. A no bake Triple Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake with a white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake filling, topped with milk chocolate and fresh raspberries and decorated with dark chocolate and freeze dried raspberry shards.

I was inspired to make this Triple Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake after ~~scoffing~~ taste testing a Lily O’Brien’s Dessert Collection of chocolates (yes, the life of a blogger can be hard at times lol!). The box contains contains six chocolates inspired by classic desserts: banoffee pie, passion fruit posset, key lime pie, raspberry infusion, hazelnut torte and creme brulee.
