Great Bloggers Bake Off

Mummy Mishaps

Rules for 2016:

**The new bake off linky will open the Wednesday night following the new episode of the Great British Bake Off ,  with a new theme based on that evenings episode.

*The linky will remain open until the following Monday at 12pm.

** All entries must carry the Great Bloggers Bake Off badge (see above) and a link to my blog (http:/// please

**When you tweet your bake off recipe, please @JennyPaulin with the #GBBOBloggers2016 hashtag and I will RT it for you and add it to the pinterest board.

**You can also tweet it to @GBBOBloggers if you want, as this is my other account during the GBBO

**All linked up recipes will be linked to the GBBOBloggers Pinterest board

** Hashtag is #GBBOBloggers2016

**Each week a blogger or bloggers will be selected as a Star Baker and will receive a special badge to wear with pride on their blog.

**The recipe MUST be relevant to the bakes that are made in the TV version.  For example for episode 1 of series 6 last year, the baking themes were:

Madeira cake
re-inventing the classic 1970s Black Forest gateau
frosted walnut cake
So any bake based on those cake genres are fine. The black forest gateau could be a cake/cupcake or a cheesecake or an actual gateau. Or even a brownie like I made The madeira could be a birthday cake etc..  and the Frosted Walnut Cake could be a large cake or cupcakes also. It is your take on the themes. You can of course follow the technical challenge or a Paul or Mary recipe to the letter also – your choice. it is just fun

Remember, this is not a serious linky at all (unless you make it so of course!). It is just for fun, after all, and because we all love the show and baking. Any blogger is welcome to enter whatever their baking skills are. Please don’t be afraid to link up any disasters – credit will be given for effort too!

There will also be some fab prizes (these were last years) for the final kindly sponsored by Tesco – but only bloggers who have baked and joined in with my bake off link regularly, are eligible to enter to win the prizes..

Thank you xx
