I do love cook books. I love looking at the gorgeous food photos and getting inspired by the recipes they feature. I have a lot of them now, and although I may not stick to the recipes exactly, they do help me with my own food ideas and get me thinking about food styling.

I was recently sent a Crock-Pot 3.5L and you may recall that I posted a recipe which I made using this to slow cook a butternut squash in. Well, as part of the review that I did, I was asked along with some other bloggers to provide an ingredients each towards making a Collective Crock recipe.

So Patisserie week has ended and as usual you have all baked so hard and joined in with some delicious looking and sounding recipes. All together 22 patisserie inspired bakes were linked up and now it is time to decide who will be this weeks Star Bakers.
