Creamy Mushroom Risotto with a sage & butter sauce

October 20 by Jenny Paulin 3 Comments

As much as I try to make my own sauces from scratch as much as possible, there are times when it is easy and less time consuming to buy a ready made pasta sauce, which only requires reheating and you can have a dish on the table in under 15 minutes.

July 12 by Jenny Paulin 7 Comments

I do love pizzas – they are such a convenient meal because they take next to no time to cook, and, a bit like a sandwich, pretty much anything goes as toppings. However, pizza are not low in calories and since I started following the Slimming World plan, they are a food I avoid now.
