I love an excuse to buy presents for my friends and family, but there are some people who are hard to buy for. I find it very easy choosing gifts for my boys and my female friends and family members, but when it comes to my OH and my brother I really struggle because what do you buy for men who have everything they need already because they won’t wait for it to be bought for them?
Buying suitable gifts for your brother can be daunting, but I think I can help.My brother prefers to receive money or vouchers for birthdays and Christmas, because then he can choose what he wants to buy with it, and it means he won’t offend anyone who buys him a gift that he might not like or want. However, as much as I respect his decision on this, I find giving him money a bit impersonal and I usually rebel (well, I am his older sister, so I think I can ignore his requests from time to time!), and find him a little something that is a little quirky that I think (and I really hope) he will like. That is why I love sites such as UncommonGoods which features unusual and unique gifts for men, such as this fab Beermonopoly which I am sure my brother would enjoy playing with his mates.
With Father’s Day on the horizon, I have been on the look out for an unusual gift that the boys could buy their Daddy, and again I have found some fantastic ideas for Dad’s on this site. I think he would really like this (Guitar) Pick Punch – such a great idea and something I know he does not already own!
However, UncommonGoods do not just cater for men, as there are some brilliant gift ideas for mums, sisters, parents, grandparents aswell as brothers, uncles and dads. I adore this Mother & Daughter Letter Book Set (and there story behind its creation), it would make a wonderful gift for any Mum for their birthday, Christmas or even Mothering Sunday.
Uncommon Goods is the perfect site to find all your gifts for all your friends and family, and get them something that little bit more unique and special, and has ideas to suit all occasions and budgets.

I would be quite pleased with Beeropoly myself! 😉
