Cadbury’s are offering someone the chance to have what brings them joy made into chocolate, which got me thinking about what brings me joy. I think this is ctually quite a hard question because there are so many answers I could give, from the sound of my boys laughing, to their beautiful smiles ; Burton reading a story or writing me a card, and Jenson with his silly faces and moves! Maybe a sunny day at the beach, a rainbow in the sky or even a yummy slice of cake. So many joyous things to bring a smile to my face and make me happy.
So what brings you joy?
I asked some blogging friends what they find joyful and this is what they said:
Standing on the beach in the winter with the wind in my hair and the smell of the sea!
Watching Sophie growing up into such an amazing little person
Watching my children play on the beach with their daddy.
A mirror haha. No seriously the smile from my children
Apart from the obvious things, i’d have to say a new handbag!
Someone appreciating my efforts, a simple thank you makes me happy
My childrens smiles, especially the ones they just flash when they giggle.
Swimming – it’s one of my favourite ways to completely relax
Beautiful memories of people who are no longer here..its a way of still being with them
Cadburys want to unwrap the joy and spread some happiness – and as this video shows it does not take much to #freethejoy
So what are you waiting for, get ready to #freethejoy and share what brings you joy. *thinks about how much chocolate a recreation of Burton and Jenson laughing would involve – yummy!!*
