  2. we had parsnip & apple soup on Thursday, also done in the slow cooker! I add a little skimmed milk to mine when blending as it makes it a little creamier, but without the calories of cream. Never tried sweet potato soup though, often butternut squash.

  3. I’m a huge fan of sweet potato but I must confess I’m not sure I could handle the sweetness of the apple in it, maybe some spices would help counter them?

  4. I like the ingredients but I fear it would be a little too sweet for me with the apple, I bet its nice without, my hubby just said yum, so he may make it, he loves making different soups.
