Strawberry & White Chocolate Cake

So Wimbledon is finished for another year, and with it comes the wet weather that our British summers are full off! However, even with the tennis over and the sunshine gone for now, at least we still have cake! Huzzah!

With British strawberries still in season, what better way to use them up then in a cake filled with a white chocolate buttercream and gooey strawberry jam filling, topped with white chocolate and fresh strawberries. Mmmmm – those elements tick all the right cake boxes for me – how about you?

Well, if you agree then here is the recipe for my Strawberry & White Chocolate Cake

This tasted very nice indeed and is simple to make, so why not give it a go while strawberry season is still upon us.
