Welcome to my 4th round up for The Great Bloggers Bake Off, where shortly my Star Baker / Bakers will be revealed. However, before that we need to see all of the amazing desserts that were linked up this week.
This week was all about puddings – yum, a particular favourite of mine! The GBBO show was divided into 3 dessert themes which were:

I really enjoyed seeing all the different puddings, and I must have put on about 2 stone while I imagined eating each and every one of them!
So before the best baker/s are announced, here are all of the desserts which were linked up:

Sticky Toffee Pudding
Toffee Apple Pudding
Golden Syrup Pudding
Gluten Free Sticky Toffee Pudding

I think you will agree that there were some amazing puddings made – I am drooling as I type!
So onto this weeks
Before award this, I would like to say a very well done to Kerry on her first ever baked alasaka which I think looked good for her first ever attempt at baking something. I also thought that the pink swirls on Bakerama’s alsaka was so pretty too. Also as ever much baking love to Jacob who made his first crumble, after picking the blackberries that day and then he even made his own homemade custard! I love his enthusiasm! Then those saucy puddings mmmm I have to say that the chocolate fondant with a plum sauce and the golden syrup self saucing pudding both looked soooo saucy, and the GF version made by House of Blog was fab for a GF bake! I would happily have eaten all of the saucy puddings that were linked up! Only 2 Tiramisu Cakes were linked up, I think it was quite a faff to be honest which put me off attempting to make one myself, so well done you two ladies who braved making it! I think Mary and Paul would have been pleased with your neat and defined layers!
Anyway, without any further ado I am awarding Helen as this weeks Star Baker with her oh so pretty Neopolitan Baked Alaska which I think is stunning and now she is no longer co-hosting this linky with me, she can actually be crowned Star Baker!
Yum!
Thanks again to you all for linking up and baking so hard and so weel 🙂 I look forward to seeing your pies and tarts from Wednesday at 9pm (until the following MOnday at 12.20pm) , anything made from pastry – sweet or savoury – is welcome. xx

Do you know I’ve never ever had a baked Alaska before. I think I really need to try one though after the whole taking out the freezer incident on GBBO 🙂
