Chicken Stew – I just pop everything in the slow cooker before work and then serve it up when I get home – so easy x

It’s a tough to choose just one, especially when you’re all ‘foodies’ but I would say my personal favourite thing to cook is African Peanut Soup and some fresh crusty wholegrain rolls, yum!

Spag Bol because my culinary skills are very limited and this is a very simple recipe that we all love – especially with a bit of homemade garlic bread!

I love cooking for my family as they all enjoy my cooking. However, one of my favourite meals to cook is slow-cooked chicken with onion, sweet potato, butternut squash, parsnips, swede and carrots. It’s one of those meals that I can put in the slow-cooker before I go to work in the morning and is then ready to eat when everyone gets home at night.
