I Make little foil parcels with a salmon fillet, a knob of butter, a bruised garlic clove, parsley, black pepper and the juice of half a lemon. Bake for 20 minutes and discard the garlic before serving. Delicious and so quick and easy

I like salmon nicoise, with cream cheese and rocket in a bagel, with scrambled eggs on English muffins, coated in crushed cornflakes as nuggets, en croute, pan fried with noodles…I love it!! Oh and in a fish pie too.

Like you, foil parcels baked with lemon. But also, make a white sauce, add the raw salmon and it will cook through. Meanwhile boil pasta and broccoli. Drain and mix together. Simples.

I love oven roasted salmon, served with roasted beetroot from my garden, and a pan fried mix of homegrown courgettes and pancetta. Scrummy!

I like it covered in olive oil and garlic, and then fried at a high temperature until the outside goes crispy.

Poached, over pasta with a sauce made from cream, cashew nuts, olives and capers 🙂

  11. I make a Salmon Wellington – a salmon fillet topped with a mixture of cream cheese, smoked salmon and lime juice, and wrapped in puff pastry!

Smoked salmon & cream cheese sandwiches (if followed by scones so much the better!)
