Following on from my Interview With A….(insert age of child here) that I started with Burton when he had just turned 3 years old, I realised last week that I should start doing this with Jenson now he is 3. It is such a fascinating insight into their thought processes and Burton’s answers always amazed me because many of them came as a complete surprise to me! It is also wonderful to look back on and see how much your child has changed over the years, and how their answers do as a result.
So this morning I interviewed a 3 years plus 2 1/2 month year old Jenson and you can see his answers below.
Just so you know, as monkey is covering his mouth to begin with, the first two answers are ‘brown’ to his favourite colour and ‘monkey’ for his favourite toy.
I think it is clear that Jenson LOVES monkey related things!
You can see Burton’s answers from when he was 3 HERE

Ahh, I love this idea and really should do something similar with Sophie – and Jenson will love Sophie as she is dressing up as a monkey to take part in the village carnival with her preschool! You will have to show him some photos!

Aww he’s just so precious. I love him. I attempted this with Amy and there was no chance on earth that she’d have sat down for the whole thing…

He is the cutest thing! Monkey is his best friend and he wants to be Daddy when he grows up! *dies of cute*
I want to do this now. Am sure Nano won’t be so cooperative

That is so so cute. I can’t believe how much he has grown. It’s so sweet he still loves monkey to bits. I wonder if he’ll just like monkeys the best for a long time to come. I remember Burtons interview from when he was 3 🙂

I’ve been hoping for so long that you would do this will him. My goodness, I want to steal him. He is ADORABLE!! AND he looks so much like Burton there! I can’t see it as much in photos but in a video, spitting image.
I love that Monkey is his best friend. That made me ‘awwwww’ out loud.
And it was super cute when we heard Burton in the background xx

Awww, that is so cute! Gosh, doesn’t he look just like Burton with his big eyes, even the way he talks is like him. Bet it’s a bit whiffy in your house with all those beans he consumes, but luckily Monkey will look after him no matter what!

Aaaah, can’t believe it’s time for Jenson to be interviewed too! It’ll be Louka next year eek! I love the fact we do the videos, I watched The Boy’s yesterday but still need to upload Leo’s and yes Raff still gets a mention, so I’m sure Jenson’s monkey will for quite a while 😉
Actually Mummy
His favourite snack isn’t cake??! Bless him, he looks properly star struck 🙂
HELEN
