  1. Couldn’t agree more with all those little quotes. And all the photos are lovely Jenny. I think a love of books is so important and nothing makes me prouder than seeing my little guy with his nose in a book. X

These photos are amazing! I love the quotes too.
Jonathan used to read to Charles whilst he was still a bump (couldn’t be bothered to do it when I was pregnant with Harry, nice). It was amazing as Charles always recognised his voice. xx

  3. These photos are toooo gorgeous! I’ve just added a book theme to Mummy Mugshot for Short Story week in November. Both my boys love books especially Pooh Bear. Love, love, love the photos where your boys have fallen asleep ๐Ÿ˜€

Love this post… I remember sitting reading Winnie the Pooh to my daughter at a few weeks old. I wondered at the time if I was slightly mad, but she does love books now! x

thank you. i think it all helps makes them aware of books and curious to look at them even before they can read what they say x

Great post, I love all the quotes you’ve used. I can’t understand anyone who wouldn’t want to pass a love of reading onto their children. I love the photos, especially the one of Burton with the Bill and Ben book on his head – its a standing joke that I can’t read hard backed books as I drop them on my head when I fall asleep reading them ๐Ÿ™‚

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment, a virtual cup of tea and slice of cake awaits you x
