So last weeks meal planner didn’t quite got to plan owing to Burton being ill and not eating and Jenson staying at my Mum’s for a few days. However, I did still make meals from what I had in my freezer and food cupboard which had been my intention for last week.
This weeks meal planner is based on everyone eating again, but this could of course change! Anyway, here it is:

Turkey Lasagne & Peas (OH)
Prawn Salad (me)
Thursday
Lunch
Italian Style Turkey Cottage Pie (boys)
(basically turkey ragu used in the lasagne, topped with mash)
Pasta Salad (me & OH)
Dinner
Sticky Sausage & Mediterranean Vegetable & Potato Bake
Friday
Lunch
Homemade Beef Meatballs & Pasta (boys)
Dinner
Cheese, Onion & Baked Bean Omelette & Homemade Jacket Wedges
Saturday
Lunch
Pasta Bolognese (boys and I – OH away)
Dinner
Tuna Jacket Potato or Tuna Salad (me as OH away)
Sunday
