Whilst think of gift ideas for Burton this Christmas, it got me thinking back to my childhood and the presents I received. The funny thing is with the exception of a few toys, I cant really remember many i received over the years. I do recall that despite asking for Barbie, I had a couple of Sindy dolls and a Sindy doll horse and clothes and maybe a car. I remember getting a Tiny Tears doll with a bath and changing equipment, a Simon Says
a doll which you put disks in and who would then sing to me, a rubik cube
homemade knitted jumpers and chocolate selection boxes.
I do remember the presents my brother was given possibly because his seemed more exciting than mine! My brother, Nick, is two and a half years younger than me and he was always into the latest must have toy that was brought out for Christmas each year, and he usually ended up getting it aswell! From a very young age he was into Star Wars (well more like obsessed by it) and he had the figures, a Millennium Falcon and some other battle machines. I remember him having a Scalectrix set, Speak and Spell,
a Big Trak,
Transformers, Lego, a remote controlled car, a garage
