My Meal Plan Week 4

So another week is starting which means another meal planner needs completing, ready for a new week. Last week went well again really – I surprise myself to be honest, and I did pop to Tesco once to get some more milk, bread and some strawberries which is very restrained for me!

However, we missed out having our curry on Friday sadly and have not had time to eat it since, so I will be using up the defrosted chicken to make myself a SW friendly version tomorrow night instead, and the boys can have their naan bread pizzas then too.

I did a top up shop at Lidil yesterday, mostly buying fresh fruit and veg, milk, bread, yogurts and pack lunch stuff so this week will be using up stuff from the freezer and store cupboard. I also want to ensure I use up all my veg as next Sunday we are off on holiday to Sweden, so I do not want anything to go off while we are away. I think I will make us a lovely cooked breakfast/brunch Sunday morning before we set off so we don’t need to stop off for lunch on the way (we are flying from Stanstead so we will be staying at a Holiday Inn near the airport for our early flight Monday morning).

Here is my menu for this week:

I will not be making a meal plan next week, or indeed be posting an accompanying blog post so until then, happy eating 🙂

What are you planning to eat this week?
