So after the excitement of fetching our little puppy last Saturday, sadly he fell ill on the Sunday lunchtime and by Monday morning he was at the vets and he was admitted. It transpired that he had Parvovirus which is very serious, and despite being up to date with his inoculations he had contracted it anyway.
He was in a bad way BUT thankfully (and yay to the free months insurance which came with him when we bought him!) we received a phone call from the vets today, and he is at last feeding himself and spending more time up and about than being lethargic. Fingers crossed he will be home very soon.
