Project 366, 2016 Week 15

So the boys returned to school on Tuesday and the sunny weather has reappeared this week too – hurrah! Long may it continue.

On Sunday we managed to persuade Daddy to put the trampoline back up in the garden, and due to the dry weather, it has had a lot of use this week, which is great as it helps burns off some after school energy that my two always have! Tuesday saw the boys begin tennis lessons, while a huge storm broke out outside with thunder, lightening, rain and hail, which caused the lights to go off inside the tennis courts for 20 minutes! Still, they were able to continue with their lessons in the low lighting.

Here is a look back at our week in photos:

The return of the trampoline and the sunshine
Last day of the holidays, last bedtime before back to school
Tennis lessons (before the temporary semi-blackout!)
New aikido suits – the boys have been going for a month now so I decided it was time to get them their outfits
More trampoline time after school which helped worked up a good appetite for tea
Sleepover at Granma’s and we have Elbert the class dinosaur staying with us this weekend
Swinging in the sunshine

Have a lovely week x

  1. Nice to see you’ve had some nice weather to get outdoors. I can’t believe how grown up Jenson is looking these days. Looks like a fun week xx

  2. They look so smart in the aikido suits. Love the trampoline pic too – they look so grown up and yet seem little when cuddling their toys

Looks like a very energetic week for your boys! Love the trampoline photos and the aikido suits.
It always amazes me how different your weather is to ours. We had two warm days, then it turned very wet and very cold and we even had our first snow of the winter!

  4. gosh at it being warm enough for topless on the trampoline, love that monkey impression on the second trampoline pic. Thinking of monkey we have not seen him for a while.
Gosh they sound busy after school with one thing and another.

  5. Love the pic of them in their aikido suits. H keeps being interested in martial arts, but he doesn’t want to go to a lesson. He thinks he knows how to do Kung Fu. Looks like you have had some lovely weather.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment, a virtual cup of tea and slice of cake awaits you x
