This drink is so simple to make, and can be made up in advanced and simply popped in the fridge until it is required. It is booth refreshing and healthy and will help you to get through the long day. The real buzz comes from the D-Ribose supplement. In simple terms, this is a sugar that is produced by your body naturally, which increases muscle energy and improves exercise performance.
