Project 365, 2015. Week 44

OK so hands up who honestly thinks that half term has gone by too fast and would like a rewind button? Yep! Me too. To be fair we have not done a great deal, mostly pottering around at home with me doing lots off sorting and clearing, aswell as trips into town, and a few lunches eaten out. Other than that we have enjoyed time together playing games and watching a few films and relaxing LOTS!

It has been lovely having Daddy home for the week too, although I do have lots of programmes on my sky box to catch up on next week, as he and I do not share the same taste in TV shows!

Anyway here is our week in photos – you can play spot the Star wars tee shirts if you like, as they seem to feature a lot ha ha!

Sunday
The boys had a birthday party this morning at the local soft play

Monday
I have a new car!!!! Sadly it is time to say goodbye to the one I was left when Na died, but it just will not start by itself anymore, and I have to admit that it is fabulous having a new car 🙂

Tuesday
I had my little shopping helper back this week with there being no school

Wednesday
The boys cooked tea for Daddy and I tonight – fish and chips with carrots and peas and bread and butter. It was delicious and they enjoyed prepping and cooking it.

Thursday
We spent the morning playing board games and Jenson had to pretend to be a pirate!

Friday
After tea we went to the museum as they held a spooky evening where all the lights were switched off inside and we could walk around it in the dark, with a treasure hunt and lots of spooky fun. On the way home I found these two little monsters!!!

Saturday
We went to the Milky Way theme park today as there was a Star Wars exhibition, fancy dress competition and characters walking around the place.

Now we are off trick or treating and wish you all a happy halloween and a good week back to normal next week – boohoo!!

Your new car looks fab and I’m jealous that you had Daddy home for half-term! The evening at the museum sounds brilliant.

  3. Not heard of the Milky Way theme park before, but Star Wars always goes down well doesn’t it? Must be nice to have had your little helper back for half term.

  5. Well done on making the tea boys, a great thing for them to do.
Hubby and I do not share the same taste in programmes either, but as he does not work it is difficult to watch what I want.
Hope the new car gives you many happy years of motoring.
Your shopping helper looks very happy to be helping.
