Project 365, 2015. Week 39

IMG_0623-2

Well it is like summer returned this week, it has been lovely. There have been a few showers, but on the whole we have had warm sunshine and no need for jumpers and coats! This has meant lots of outdoor fun after school and not so much homework being done, oh well never mind have to make the most of it while we can 🙂

Jenson has completed his another week of school, and there have been a few tears and lots of complaining about having to go in EVERY day, but if you ask him if he likes school he does say yes. My time without him and Burton flies by to be honest, and my promises to their Daddy that the house would be ship shape and tidy in no time, is not quite going to plan yet!

Anyway, here is our week in photos:

Sunday
More tree climbing but this time we ventured out of the garden and went to the park first thing.

Monday
More tree climbing – this time almost trespassing into next door’s garden!

Tuesday
Bathtime – the boys have been showering more recently as it is easier and less messy! However, a bath is a lovely relaxing treat.

Wednesday
I ordered the boys outfits for their Halloween disco which isn’t until the 22nd October but they wanted to try them out anyway! I went to River Cottage HQ today (see post before this one) so Mum collected the boys from school for me

I hope you all had a good week xx

  1. Lovely to see you this week. Sounds like Jenson is settling in to school. H was the same and we could have done with only doing half a week for a half a term or something.

  4. Well the costumes are a bit different from the norm for Halloween, they look great. What a privilege to be chosen to got to River Cottage.
I always found baths easier with the children as I always felt I ended up soggy trying to wash their hair in the shower.
Glad school is going ( in the most) ok
