Wow! What a week and what a week of sunshine and outdoor fun we have enjoyed! I am sad that half term is almost over now though as it has just whizzed past, and we only have 2 days left until normality resumes and with it, the dreaded school run!
I have really had a great week and it has been hard choosing just seven photos to be honest, but I have had to and so here is our week in photos:
Easter Sunday
Spent at my Mum’s and here is Jenson on the little egg hunt we had
Easter Monday
Spent all day out in the garden and we even got the sprinkler out
Tuesday
Another day spent in the garden: we played lots of games and we had an egg and plastic spoon race
Wednesday
Spent the morning making magic potions – I almost got turned into a bubble blowing dragon!
Thursday
Spent the day at Puttsborough Sands and it was scorchio! However, the sea was freezing but Burton still spent half an hour in up to his waist!
Friday
Spent the day at Arlington Court with friends completing the spring trail and having a picnic
Saturday
Swimming, a party at the softplay centre and then a picnic tea in the garden again
FAB week – I hope yours was too xx

Am impressed by how many times your boys had their tops off this week! The weather really has been glorious. Staying in the sea for half an hour is pretty brave!

This weather has just been great hasn’t it?! 🙂 I am so not impressed about going back to school this week and am already stressing about it – ugh! Love your garden play – so great to see 🙂

Such summery photos this week – great to be able to get outside and enjoy the weather. Great to see the boys enjoying themselves.

a picnic tea leads to less clearing up. Gosh at it being warm enough for the sprinkler, not bad going for April. No wonder the sea is still cold, but the children do not seem to bother too much.
I adore those wooden sheep.

Gosh must have been warmer where you were, i’m sure it wasn’t warm enough here to be without a top on!!
LOve the shot of Burton running in the sea. 🙂

It looks like you had a fab Easter and certainly made the most of the nice weather. I hope getting back to normality wasn’t too much of a shock for you all!
