Project 365 2015 #12

What spring like weather we have this week -it has been so lovely to see some warm sunshine, and not even bother with a coat on a couple of days! This has pleased Burton because it has meant me bringing his coat home with me after the school drop off, on a few mornings too!

This week has looked a bit like this:

Mother’s Day
Outdoor fun (it was freeeezing!) after my Mother’s Day meal

Practise Makes Perfect
Happy with himself after he managed to flip the hat into the gridIMG_0336

Cake Decorating
Another carrot cake being decorated so uniquely lol!IMG_0335

Leaf Clearing
Grandad taught them this!!IMG_0340 (2)af

Run Run As Fast As You Can
Burton had to make a puppet for his core project based on a fairy tale character, so we made a gingerbread man one IMG_0337

Partial Eclipse
We saw the eclipse at school where there were plenty of special glasses to go around IMG_0338

 Twilight Tea
The boys had their tea in the garden as the last of the suns rays shone down on them  IMG_0339 (1)

I hope you have all had a great week x

  1. Looks like the boys enjoyed the eclipse – wish I’d seen glasses for it, but saw none in the shops. Love the idea of a gingerbread puppet.

  2. It’s been so nice to have some sunshine hasn’t it – I love the photo of them enjoying their tea in the garden and the bin looks like a very fun place to be!!

  3. Our council made the decision to cover all the windows to stop children looking at the eclipse and keep them all in, mad really. Nice to see them getting to see it.
Poor Jensen looks frozen in Sunday’s pic.
The cakes my lot decorate are as unique as yours, Im sure it tasted good though.
Nice to see the sun isnt it, and roll on the longer nights this coming week.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment, a virtual cup of tea and slice of cake awaits you x
