Splashing in puddles is so much fun
Especially when there’s more than one
Better still when they are big and deep
So you enter them with a leap
Wellington boots keep you dry
Allowing you to want to try
To jump and splash until
You are unable to keep still
Splish, splash, splosh! Go you!
I just love watching you
Childhood fun and all for free
For Jenson and his Mummy

There is something so blissfully fun about jumping in puddles – it’s something you can enjoy at any age – my little one loves it and so do I – the one bonus of a rainy day.
Great post, just popping over from country kids

You poet you!!! love this :))
As you say free and lots of fun! I love the look of pure joy on children’s faces when they are splashing in puddles, the upside to the amount of rain we have been having. Thanks for linking up and sharing your fun with Country Kids.
That is not a puddle that is a river! 🙂 Love your poem #countrykids

We love puddles too!! Although Little Man always ends up going in deeper than his wellies. Lol 🙂
