  1. Sounds like you are doing great Jenny! I have lost a little bit of weight since January mostly though walking, I would love to be able to do that many sit ups each day though x

  2. 8 inches in less than a month is amazing!! That’s so much! I hope your knee gets better soon but it definitely sounds like you’re on the right track even with the break you’re having.

  3. Well done, that is amazing! You have inspired me to get 30 day shred myself (and do it hopefully ;))Maybe I should look into slimpod too as chocolate and biscuits are my weakness although I’m afraid of not wanting them ever if that makes any sense?! x
