Toffee & Yogurt Ice Cream

Ingredients
  • 1 tin of ready made caramel (397g)
  • 600ml thick yogurt - I used a mix of Stapleton Yogurt Greek Recipe Vanilla and Natural yogurts
  • Toffeee fudge pieces to serve
Instructions
  1. Place the caramel and yogurt into the bowl of a free standing mixer (or use an elecrtic whisk and a bowl)
  2. Whisk together for about 5 minutes
  3. Bear in mind that the mixture will not get very thick , but it will thicken
  4. Then simply pour into a 1 litre plastic tub with a lid and then place in the freezer over night
  5. Serve with some toffee fudge pieces for some extra indulgence!
