Fruity Flapjacks

Ingredients
  • 175g unsalted butter
  • 125g brown sugar
  • 150ml honey
  • 25ml golden syrup
  • 325g porridge oats
  • 25g raisins
Instructions
  1. Pre heat your oven to 150oC / 130oC (fan)
  2. Grease and line an 8inch square baking tin
  3. Place the butter, honey, golden syrup and sugar in a pan and place over a moderate heat and melt them all together
  4. Once melted remove from the heat and stir in the oats and raisins
  5. Pour into the baking tin and smooth down ensuring all the corners have been filled
  6. Place into the oven and bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown on top
  7. Remove and allow to coool for 15 minutes
  8. Turn out onto a choping board and cut into as many squares as you like depending on how big you like them!
  9. Enjoy with a cuppa!
