Fruity Flapjacks

- 175g unsalted butter
- 125g brown sugar
- 150ml honey
- 25ml golden syrup
- 325g porridge oats
- 25g raisins
- Pre heat your oven to 150oC / 130oC (fan)
- Grease and line an 8inch square baking tin
- Place the butter, honey, golden syrup and sugar in a pan and place over a moderate heat and melt them all together
- Once melted remove from the heat and stir in the oats and raisins
- Pour into the baking tin and smooth down ensuring all the corners have been filled
- Place into the oven and bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown on top
- Remove and allow to coool for 15 minutes
- Turn out onto a choping board and cut into as many squares as you like depending on how big you like them!
- Enjoy with a cuppa!
