Christmas Pudding Tiffin

- 100 g unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons golden syrup
- 2 tablespoons drink me chai latte powder
- 150g of brandy snaps
- 50g digestive biscuits
- 200g leftover and cooked Christmas Pudding, broken up into pieces
- 200g milk chocolate milk
- Square tin, approx. 18cm x 18cm, lined baking paper
- Place the butter, golden syrup and chai latte drink powder in a pan over a gentle heat and melt together
- Bash the brandy snaps and biscuits in a sealed sandwich bag with a rolling pin into small pieces - NOT crumbs
- Add the biscuits and Christmas pudding into the melted butter mixture and stir to combine it all together
- Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and leave to cool for about an hour
- Melt the chocolate either in the microwve at 30 second bursts or in a bowl over a pan of simmering water
- Pour the chocolate over the tiffin base and smooth over the top
- Place in the fridge to set for a couple of hours
- Cut into squares and keep in a sealed container in the fridge or a cool place - YUM!
