Chocolate Weetabix Squares

- 4 Weetabix biscuits (I used the coconut and raisin one)
- 125g self raising flour
- 100g light brown sugar
- 125g unsalted butter , melted
- 75g raisins
- *topping*
- 200g milk chocolate
- Preheat oven to 180 oC / 160oC
- Line a brownie tin approx 28cmx18cm with non-stick baking paper.
- In a food processor add all of the dry ingredients and blitz for about 1 minute so that the Weetabix becomes fine crumbs
- Add the melted butter and raisins and mix to combine
- Press mixture firmly into the prepared tin.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to stand until cold
- Remove from the tin
- Meanwhile, melt the chocolate
- Pour the melted chocolate over the cooled biscuit base and spread all over
- Leave to cool and set and then slice and enjoy
