• 1 bottle of Newman's Own Original Sticky BBQ Sauce
• 1 beef stock pot
FOR SERVING:
• Boiled rice (I suggest 75g per person)
• 1 tortilla wrap per person
• a little oil for greasing
• 1 x 200g pot of guacamole
• 1 x 200g pot of salsa
• 1 x 200g pot of sour cream
• salad garnish eg. lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber
• 1 x 200g bag of tortilla chips
• tortillas
Instructions
*TO MAKE THE PULLED BEEF CHILLI*
Place all of the ingredients for the pulled beef chilli into a slow cooker / crock pot
Give it a stir
Place the lid on and cook on high for 6 hours
The beef will be cooked now
Take two forks and gently 'shred' the meat ready for serving
*TO MAKE THE TORTILLA BOWLS*
Pre-heat the oven to 160oC (fan oven) / 180oC (conventional oven)
Take a small oven proof bowl and lightly grease the inside of it
Place a tortilla wrap inside and push down gently so that its base touches the bottom
Repeat with your other bowls
Place on a baking tray and cook for 10 minutes until the bowls have a slight golden hue
Remove from the glass bowls
*TO ASSEMBLE YOUR MEAL*
Fill your tortilla bowls with some boiled rice, some delicious barbecue beef chilli and then top with some guacamole, salsa and sour cream. Serve with some salad and tortilla chips on the side.
