Raspberry & Blackcurrant Dorset Cereal Flapjacks

Ingredients
  • 1 x 600g box of Dorset Cereal Bircher Mix Raspberry & Blackcurrant
  • 250g butter
  • 500ml golden syrup
Instructions
  1. Pre heat the oven to 170oC / 150oC (fan)
  2. Line a rectangular brownie tin with grease proof paper
  3. Melt the butter and syrup in a large pan over a moderate heat until the butter is melted
  4. Pour the cereal into the syrup mixture and stir well
  5. Pour into your prepare tin and smooth over into all the corners
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until just golden
  7. Leave to cool. After 15 minutes, score your slices
  8. When completely cooled, remove and store in a tin or serve straight away.
