Place the peanut butter , the date nectar and banana into a pan and melt slowly over a low heat. Once the mixture becomes a liquid, leave to cool for 15-20 minutes
Add the beaten eggs into the melted honey mixture using a wooden spoon.
Put the flour into a large mixing bowl
Pour the liquid over the flour and beat until you have a smooth, runny-ish batter.
Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for about 50 minutes until it is risen and cooked right through
Allow to cool and then remove from the tine and cut into squares
