Mincemeat Flapjacks

Ingredients
  • 1 jar of mincemeat
  • 50g unsalted butter
  • 200g oats
Instructions
  1. pre heat the oven to 160oC / 140oC (fan)
  2. grease and line an 8inch square brownie tin
  3. place the butter and mincemeat in a non stick pan over a gentle heat and melt together to make a sticky sauce
  4. once melted, add the oats and stir to coat them all with the sauce
  5. pour into the tin and bake in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown and just cooked
  6. allow to cool and then cut into squares
