Mincemeat Flapjacks

- 1 jar of mincemeat
- 50g unsalted butter
- 200g oats
- pre heat the oven to 160oC / 140oC (fan)
- grease and line an 8inch square brownie tin
- place the butter and mincemeat in a non stick pan over a gentle heat and melt together to make a sticky sauce
- once melted, add the oats and stir to coat them all with the sauce
- pour into the tin and bake in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown and just cooked
- allow to cool and then cut into squares
