Double Chocolate Snowflake Brownies

Ingredients
  • 1 x 400g jar of chocolate spread
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g self raising flour
  • 100g low fat cream cheese
  • 100g white chocolate - melted
  • 6 Lindt chocolate snowflakes
Instructions
  1. Pre heat the oven to 180oC / 160oC (fan)
  2. Grease and line a 8 x 8 inch baking tin - I used a square one
  3. Place the chocolate spread, eggs and flour into the bowl of a free standing mixer (or in a bowl and use an electric whisk/wooden spoon) and mix until all the ingredients are combined
  4. Add the cream cheese and melted white chocolate and give it a quick mix to allow a marbled effect
  5. Pour this into the prepared baking tin and smooth over
  6. Place the Lindt chocolate snowflakes on the top
  7. Put in the oven and cook for about 20-25 minutes
  8. Remove and allow to cool completely before removing from the tin and then cut into squares
