Low Sugar Berry Flapjacks

- 115g unsalted butter
- 100g crushed Weetabix (approx 3 biscuits)
- 100g oats
- 2 dsp golden syrup
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 50g blueberries
- 50g raspberries
- Pre heat the oven to 160C /140C (fan)
- Grease and line a loaf tin (I like my flapjacks thick)
- Place the butter and golden syrup in a pan and put on a low heat and melt together
- Place all of the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl
- Pour over the butter and syrup and stir well
- Stir in the blueberries and raspberries carefully
- Pour into your prepared tin and smooth over the top
- Place inside the oven and bake for approx 25 minutes until golden on top
- Leave in the tin for 30 minutes to cool before removing and allow to coll completely before cutting into squares
