Chocolate & Orange Marmalade Drizzle Loaf Cake

- 200g self raising flour
- 115g unsalted butter
- 150g caster sugar
- 50g coca powder
- 2 eggs
- 100g yogurt - I used Mullerlight Vanilla
- 50g chocolate buttons
- 1 generous tbsp orange marmalade
- 1 heaped tsp caster sugar
- pre heat the oven to 180oC / 160 oC (fan)
- grease and line a 1lb loaf tin
- cream together the butter and sugar for about 5 minites until pale and creamy
- add the eggs and a spoonful of the flour and beat the mixture for a couple of minutes
- Add the remaining flour, the coa powder and the yogurt and mix until combined - being careful not to over do it
- Pour half the batter into the loaf tin, and then add ¾ of the chocolate buttons
- Add the remaining cake batter and smooth over the top
- Scatter the remaining chocolate buttons over the top and place into the oven
- Cook for about 45 - 50 minutes until risen, golden and cooked right through
- About 5 minutes before the cake is ready, place the marmalade and the sugar inot a small non stick pan and melt, stirring all the time
- If you prefer, remove the orange peel
- Remove the cake from the oven
- Make holes in the cooked cake and pour over the marmalade syrup
- Allow the cake to cool in the tin for at least 1 hour before removing from the tin
- Enjoy with a hot cup of tea
