*We loved the sweet apple buns by Wallflower Girls – so cute
*We thought that all of the couronnes were excellent – some tasty flavours and neat crowns
*GF Hot Cross Buns by Cupcake Mumma – knowing how hard it is to perfect GF and dairy free dough, we felt that these buns were very good and I loved the white crosses – so neat
*Lovely well risen sweet doughs of the Sally Lunn by A Wannabee Foodie and the Raspberry & White Chocolate Brioche from The Good Life Mum
*Tasty looking butter covered Tea Cakes from Stressy Mum
* So many yummy sounding tea loaf flavour combos too
*And what imaginative creations from Mammasaurus Blog 🙂
Basically – thank you to you all some amazing entries again
So *drum roll please* it is time to announce this weeks GBBO Star Baker!!
It is a baker who has linked up some creative bakes to date and we chose her this week because her couronne was very neat and professional looking and used some unsual but yummy sounding filling ingredients………..

There are so many amazing entries linked up, I’d love to have joined in but can barely find time to chuck a victoria sponge together without being interupted, would be no good for the diet anyway though I guess!

I am merely a lurker / looker as you know, but I am consistently blown away by these amazing productions by all of your blogger bakers. You *might* even inspire me to try to be more adventurous – honestly very well done to everybody involved, especially to you two hosts – such a pleasure to witness 🙂
